I love to ramble through wild places, taking time to enjoy the landscape, the light and the living things. I carry a camera; it keeps my mind on nature.
I treat each place as a "project", trying to create a portrait of the lanscape and its inhabitants: something I can look through later or share with others.
I should add that things I see approaching or leaving a particular site get lumped in and so some images were captured a little outside the specified area.
I have sometimes identified species appearing but while interested in everything wild I am no expert. Corrections are welcome!
